CONAC and CRTV Close Ranks to Combat Corruption

The Chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, CONAC, Rev Dr Dieudoné MASSI GAMS and the General Manager of the Cameroon Radio Television Corporation, CRTV, Charles Ndongo, on Wednesday, March 25, 2025, at the CRTV Production Centrein Mballa 2, inYaounde, signed a partnership agreement for the broadcast of programmes produced by CONAC on CRTV.
The agreement which runs for a period of one year renewable, states that CONAC will produce 16 programmes each month and put them at the disposal of CRTV, 72 hours to broadcast time.
The Programmes include, for the Radio, ‘‘Espace CONAC Magazine’’, a 13 minutes programme in English and French and ‘‘Espace CONAC Alert’’, a 6 minutes mini magazine in English and French. The same programmes feature on television with the addition of ‘‘Espace CONAC Grand Format’’, a 52 minutes bilingual programme. Another major innovation, in the Partnership Agreement, is the broadcast of both ‘‘Espace Conac Magazine’’ and ‘‘Espace CONAC Alert’’in all ten Regional Stations of the CRTV, with the possibility of relaying the messages in Local Languages.
The Chairman of CONAC, Rev Dr Dieudonné MASSI GAMS, said the Agreement is a milestone in the sensitisation and education of the public on the dangers of corruption and on the need to join forces to combat the ill.The Director General of CRTV, Charles NDONGO,pledged the commitment of CRTV to continues to accompany CONAC in its efforts to eradicate corruption in Cameroon.
